Get lost

48 people survive a plane crash on a remote tropic Island and while they wait to be rescued they begin to realise that there is something far beyond the ordinary about this island. Maybe it is the monster knocking over trees, the polar bears, the compass that doesn't point north and the crazy french woman stuck there for 16 years.

There are many good things about this series, including the cast and characters. The fact that it doesn't really emphasises the process of survival. The way the characters develop without ever being complete.

There are bad things too. Sometimes the show turns into a matter of whose personal issues we are going to deal with today. I feel that over time this show will become more and more annoying over time in a way similar to the X-files. I doubt they will ever tell us the truth behind island, only show as a series of clues which is like foreplay without sex. You can only put up with so much foreplay before you give up. Or perhaps when the payoff comes it will be so boring.

A fascinating series, and I hope I am wrong and the story and characters develop continually in an interesting manner. I will keep watching, and I hope you will get lost too.
