Eva Mendes sure knows how to step out in style.
The Hitch star, 31, who is dating Hollywood heartthrob Ryan Gosling, looked effortlessly cool on a sunshine stroll in Los Angeles yesterday. 
The brunette flaunted her toned calves and strong arms in a monochrome jump suit featuring large stand-out pockets.

Despite the busy print, which could look overwhelming on some wearers, Eva looked great in the sleeveless design which she wore rolled up around the legs.
Her lean legs were further accentuated in a flattering pair of beige wedge heel shoes.
The star was running errands alone and stopped at a local Starbucks café to pick up an iced drink and a snack.

As well as enjoying her new romance with the Crazy Stupid love star, whom she began dating in September, she is also promoting her new film Girl in Progress.
She plays a single mom who is too busy juggling work, bills and her married boyfriend to pay attention to her teenage daughter Ansiedad (Cierra Ramirez) and Eva loved having the chance to play a character who isn't perfect.
She told Collider: 'I think that, when you play a mother, whether you play a bad mother or a not so great mother or an amazing mother, being a mother is already so complicated.

'It's already three-dimensional, automatically, no matter what the role is, because you're playing a mother.  I welcome it.  The more complicated a role can be and the more flawed a character can be is what I'm looking for.'
Although Eva is renowned for playing sultry characters and love interests, such as in 2 Fast 2 Furious and Hitch, she says 'sexy is just one component' of what she can do.
She explained: 'Sexy is just one component.  It's not a thing I am.  It's a thing I can be.  It's a side of myself I can tap into, just like I can tap into my funny side, my quirky side or my dramatic side.  It's not what I am.
'The careers that I admire and actually try to emulate are those of Julianne Moore and Annette Bening.  Those women, to me, make amazing choices.  They're sexy, beautiful women, but that doesn't dictate their choices.'
