Where Pink Floyd?

EMI Music has announced the start of the UK's first ever national Pink Floyd Treasure Hunt, inviting fans on a journey to search out and find hidden posters of all 14 Pink Floyd studio album sleeves in major towns and cities around the UK.

This continues EMI's massive 'Why Pink Floyd?' Remasters and reissues initiative that has seen the release of special editions of key Pink Floyd albums and remastered versions of all 14 studio albums. The treasure hunt invites fans to find one of 14 posters spread throughout 11 UK towns and cities across Great Britain for the chance to win a fantastic Cambridge Audio NP30 Network streaming music player plus a whole host of Pink Floyd limited edition box sets.

To enter, fans simply locate one of the posters, take a picture of themselves with the poster, and upload the picture to www.webdoc.com/pinkfloyd, where they will be able to enter a competition to win a Cambridge Audio NP30 streaming music player, a 'Discovery' box set featuring brand new 2011 digital remasters of all 14 Pink Floyd studio albums, plus incredible box sets of The Dark Side Of The Moon and Wish You Were Here. Five runners up will each win a copy of the 14-album 'Discovery' box set. Additionally, their photo will be added to the Pink Floyd treasure hunt gallery where fans can comment and share with their friends & followers.

Participants only need to find one poster to enter the competition and stand a chance of winning these great prizes, but if they are able to find more, then each new poster upload gives them the chance of another entry. For clues as to where to find the posters, fans should go to www.webdoc.com/pinkfloyd and begin their trail of rock discovery. Details of the locations and further clues will be seeded across Facebook and Twitter.

The 14 classic Pink Floyd studio albums featured in this groundbreaking competition are: The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn; A Saucerful Of Secrets; More; Ummagumma; Atom Heart Mother; Meddle; Obscured By Clouds; The Dark Side Of The Moon; Wish You Were Here; Animals; The Wall; The Final Cut; A Momentary Lapse Of Reason; and The Division Bell.

The competition closes on Monday 12th December 2011.
