The ranch-style property, located in the Los Feliz neighbourhood of Los Angeles, is just 1.5miles away from Robert Pattinson's abode.

The 22-year-old actress is believed to have moved out of the pair's shared Los Angeles home in the wake of her cheating scandal with married director Rupert Sanders.

While rumours mount over the status of the Twilight stars' relationship, it seems the actress has ensured she's a short drive away if they do patch things up.
New reports suggest Stewart still has a lot of making up to do with R-Patz.
The couple were pictured out together over the weekend and on Monday, but Pattinson is said to be still coming to terms with her betrayal.
'Kristen is working hard to try and force the relationship into what it was before,' a source told RadarOnline.com.
'But the truth is, she’s going to have to take it slowly with Robert because he’s still having trouble trusting her again.

'For him to carry on like nothing happened is very hard.'
The insider added: 'The problem is he can’t forget her infidelity. Kristen claims that she never actually slept with Rupert Sanders, but Robert still has that nagging feeling of doubt that she did.'
Meanwhile Donald Trump has weighed in on the cheating scandal, saying Pattinson shouldn't take Stewart back.
The business mogul wrote: 'Robert Pattinson should not take back Kristen Stewart. She cheated on him like a dog & will do it again - just watch. He can do much better!'

Stewart and Pattinson previously shared a Spanish-style home in Los Feliz purchased by the actor in September 2011 for $6.275million.

After photos of Stewart surfaced in an intimate embrace with her married Snow White and the Huntsman directer Sanders, she was seen packing up a U-Haul van outside amid reports the pair had split and she was moving out.

According to RealEstalker, the actress' new home was purchased in late August by a 'generically named trust', the address of which belongs to a Los Angeles building owned by her mother, Jules Mann-Stewart.

The Twilight co-stars are reported to have reconciled, however, in the wake of their split.

They were pictured together on Sunday at a Los Angeles bar - the first time they had been photographed together since news broke of her alleged affair with 41-year-old Sanders in July.

Sources told E! News the actors spent more than four hours at Ye Rustic Inn and even 'cosied up to each other'.

Then Monday, they were seen chatting with friends in Hollywood, both wearing backwards baseball caps and sunglasses as they hung around outside a restaurant.

The photos followed reports Pattinson, 26, was out with Stewart on Saturday night at Hollywood's trendy Chateau Marmont.

Two separate witnesses saw the couple at the nightspot, with one telling UsWeekly they 'snuck into the garden from a private side entrance'.

A second onlooker said Robert was wearing a baseball cap and both were casually dressed in jeans and T-shirts and 'whispering very close and intimately'.

The sightings comes ahead of their hotly-anticipated red carpet turn next month, when they are expected to promote The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 film together.

The movie is set for release in cinemas on November 16, with the London premiere scheduled for November 14 before the cast kicks off an international press junket.

A source tells RadarOnline, however, bosses aren't taking any chances with reports their stars are now back together.
Stewart and Pattinson have reportedly been booked separate rooms for the promotional tour.
The insider said: 'Despite getting back together, Rob and Kristen will have separate hotel rooms booked for them on the upcoming promotional tour for Breaking Dawn-Part 2.
'Summit Entertainment isn't taking any chances that the couple will have problems again and be forced to scramble at the last minute to book one of them a posh hotel suite.'
