The 40-year-old actress looked lovely in her ensemble, which revealed a a glimpse of her black bikini top underneath.
At one point the former Beverly Hills 90210 star was caught out by a gust of wind, which sent her dress flying upwards, exposing a hint of her derrière.
Garth put her newly trim figure on display in her get-up, which comes following her recent divorce
to her husband of 11 years Peter Facinelli.
The newly single mother-of-three just began dating photographer Noah Abrams, who's shot for Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Sports Illustrated, and GQ.
According to People Magazine, the 33-year-old hunk is currently directing a documentary about the Black Keys and compared the project to 'a buddy comedy with the greatest soundtrack of all time' in Spin Magazine.
