Karlie Kloss earns her wings! Victoria's Secret's newest Angel revealed (as she opens up about dating Ivanka Trump's brother-in-law)


As Victoria's Secret's newest - and youngest - Angel, it's no wonder Karlie Kloss is a taken woman.
The 20-year-old, whose investor boyfriend is Ivanka Trump's brother-in-law Josh Kushner, has walked in shows for the lingerie label since 2011.
But after a public appearance in Los Angeles on Tuesday, her official induction into the elite group of Angels has finally been confirmed.

The 5-foot-11 beauty's new status was verified when she debuted the brand's latest swimwear alongside Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Candice Swanepoel in Los Angeles.
She also took part in a Victoria's Secret Twitter chat with the hashtag #AskAnAngel, further proof of her newly-obtained wings. 
Opening up about her relationship, the Chicago, Illinois native told People that her 27-year-old beau is 'so not into fashion', a fact which actually comes as a nice change for her.

 

'It's really refreshing to leave all the fashion shows and shoots and chaos totally behind,' she explained.
A source told the magazine that she and the social gaming entrepreneur, who attended the 2012 Victoria's Secret aftershow party with her, are 'really cute together'.
At 20, Miss Kloss is the youngest in the elite group of supermodels which includes Miranda Kerr, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio, all of whom are in their 30s.

As one of the official Angels, she will act as an ambassador for Victoria's Secret, making public appearances and doing commercials for the label.
And the tall brunette can no doubt expect a pay rise, as five of the highest-earning models of 2012 are current Victoria's Secret Angels.
Dubbed 'The Body' by Vogue Italia in 2011, the former ballerina is known for her mile-long legs and choppy haircut, a style which sets her apart from the typical Angel.

While Victoria's Secret models usually sport sexy, flowing locks, Miss Kloss famously chopped hers off just two days before the December catwalk show.
Although she ended up wearing extensions on the runway, she defended her new look, stating: 'There are girls out there with every body type and there are girls out there with every hair type. You can be sexy with short hair!'
The supermodel has taken the fashion world by storm in recent years, starring in campaigns for Lacoste, Jean Paul Gaultier, Hermes, Oscar de la Renta and Chloe, to name just a few.
