The reality star vamped up her workout routine on Wednesday by trading in her trainers for an over-the-top pair of red Manolo Blahniks as she kicked and lunged her way into shape.

The Skinny Girl entrepreneur donned the eye-catching stilettos for a Pumped In Pumps workout class she was teaching in New York City.

After her sweaty debut as a fashion savvy fitness trainer, the active mother-of-one told the New York Daily News, 'I love that you felt sexy, I thought it was fun.'
