What happened to the diet? TOWIE's Arg gets stuck into a chicken kebab and washs it down with can of Coke

For somebody who is actively trying to lose weight James Argent is doing all the wrong things.
The chubby reality television star was seen enjoying some food in the Wood Oven takeaway and restaurant in South Woodford, Essex.
The 25-year-old looked like he was fully enjoying his meal as he tucked in with fellow TOWIE cast member Darrell Privett.

The boys were joined by Essex native and star of flop show Mark Wright's Hollywood Nights, Nick Wilson.
Arg has long battled the bulge and on the current series of TOWIE it has become his main storyline as he exercises and diets with friend Gemma Collins.
However, all that time spent jogging around parks and bouncing around on treadmills may have gone to waste.

 

Feeling bloated: Arg washed down the big meal with a full fat can of Coca Cola

Arg has always loved his food but he seemed to be particular taken by the feast in front of him that included kebabs, chips and hummus.
Although the meal wasn't wholly healthy the addition of hummus and the fact that the chicken had been grilled helped him save a few calories.
Instead of swigging water the all singing and tap dancing star washed down the grub with a can of full fat Coca Cola.

 

Down the hatch: Arg's latest diet and exercise regime clearly was taking a day off

Arg may be one of the most popular characters left on the ailing show but he has made fresh enemies in Mario Falcone and Lucy Mecklenburgh.
He poked fun at the troubled couple earlier this week stating that they bought each other followers on Twitter.
In response Mario tweeted: 'Find it funny how larg has stuff to say when I am not there to defend myself.... Strange... I have not 'bought' any twitter followers Neither has Lucy....'
He added that his 'recent increase' in followers was due to him emailing his contact details to a database of five million people so they could 'book appointments with me for a bespoke suit service'.
Arg hit back at the couple's comments on Twitter: 'A roasting is a form of comedy where you take the mick out of people and tell jokes...Should be a good sport and take it on the chin #Banter'.
