It seems it is more like hoping for 20 and counting for television's biggest family the Duggars.
The devoutly Christian parents of 19 children - plus two grandchildren - want to expand their family further.
Michelle and Jim Duggar have revealed they are 'praying to God' to ascertain whether they should adopt another child - which would be their 20th living offspring.
Michelle, 45, told People on Tuesday that they feel they have more love to give a child: 'We are open to the idea of adoption.'
'We are praying about it, and we will see what God has in store. Love for children has been placed on our hearts.
'We have friends that have adopted children who are a great
influence in our lives, and we have talked about their experiences. So
it's something we've considered. We have to know for sure that is what
God wants for us to do.'
The family who star in TLC's 19 Kids & Counting recently wrapped filming a special in China, Duggars Do Asia.
Michelle revealed to the magazine that a trip to an orphanage in Beijing made them consider adopting, with their 19 children campaigning hardest for another sister or brother.
'The kids are definitely pushing towards wanting us to open our home up to another child or more,' Michelle said.
'They see how much we have been blessed with and how little so many children have and they want to share. We tell our children that would have to be something that is God's will for our family, and we will see if it is.
'Our children love children, and we all do.'
However if the Duggars want to adopt a child from China they may struggle as the country, like many internationally, has a limit on the size of a family a child can be adopted into and with 19 children, the Duggars are almost five times above the children per household limit.
Despite bring in her mid-forties Michelle has not given up on getting pregnant again either. The couple did loose their last pregnancy – a girl they named Jubilee – to miscarriage in 2011.
'We are open to whatever is in store. It doesn't really matter whether I would have another child or we would adopt, but we want to approach it with an open heart.'
The couple - who are both 45 - are about to have their third grandchild with eldest son Josh, 25, and his wife, Anna, 24, just recently announced they are expecting their third child in June.
