Bring back Betty! January Jones follows up her radical hair overhaul by donning unflattering sunglasses

If January Jones didn't dye her beautiful blonde her red for a film role and it's instead the beginning of a style transformation, it doesn't look as though she is proceeding too well.
The 34-year-old might be able to pull off the russet hue and longer length gifted by extensions, but a pair of quirky sunglasses she donned today were beyond the pale.
Quite literally, because the neon rims on the goggle shaped shades made her porcelain skin appear a bit consumptive.

Her character Betty Francis in the hit television series Mad Men was, before the protagonist's recent weight gain, a perfect example of the 'Hitchcock blonde' beauty.
Jones perhaps wanted to get away from this now almost iconic image by changing her hair colour from platinum blonde to red, she's definitely committed to look as after her exercise class she headed to Juan Juan salon in Beverly Hills to have a touch up.
The beauty first paraded her new look in the gentle Los Angeles neighborhood of Pasadena, on a lunch date with her 10-month old son Xander.

Just last week, the actress made an appearance at the Annual Young Hollywood awards, where her blonde platinum locks fell only to her shoulders.
But a trip to the hairdresser later, her newly coloured tresses are tumbling down her back
