Terminally ill mother-of-two records heartbreaking YouTube video before she died just days before Christmas
Jennifer Johnson's children may be too young to understand why she died of heart disease last week, but the emotional video that she made in an effort to raise funds for the cost of her care will be a tender reminder for them later in life.
The 30-year-old mother in Cape Coral, Florida died December 17 but her memory lives on as the video that she made telling her story continues to gain fans online.
Johnson used the popular method of looking straight at the camera while cycling through flash cards which tell her story to viewers.

In the four-minute video, set to the background soundtrack of Mariah Carey's Hero, she explains how she was diagnosed with a form of heart disease called hypertrophic obstructive cardio myopathy when she was five months pregnant with her second child.
Adding to the heartbreak of the news, it came just one day after she got engaged to the father of her children.
'She was a fighter so she was ready to tackle this head on,' her husband Robert Johnson told local stationFox 4 Now.
She had a pacemaker put in shortly after her diagnosis, but months later doctors realized that one of the wires had become loose and she needed open heart surgery to fix it.
Before doing so, she needed unspecified dental surgery, so she made the video in order to bring attention to her plight in an effort toraise moneyfor both the dental surgery and her post-op care.
In the video, she refers to her 3-year-old daughter Micayla and 18-month-old son Malykai as her 'other heartbeats' and sugar coats each health problem as a 'bump in the road'.
Her emotions are raw throughout, and she clearly fights back tears at some points.
She filmed her compassionate plea in October, and she raised just over $440 which was able to fund some of the surgery costs but far from all of it.
Eventually Jennifer had the open heart surgery on December 14, but died three days later due to complications.
‘I miss her,’ Robert said, visibly trying not to cry.
Robert is sharing her story in an effort to help raise both money for their children's care and awareness about the dangers of heart disease.
