Rock-a-bye baby! Beaming Anna Faris soothes her sleeping baby Jack in his stroller as they head out to lunch
It seems that Anna Faris has motherhood down to a tee.
The Scary Movie 4 star was seen soothing her sleeping five-month-old baby Jack in his stroller as they headed to lunch on Tuesday.
The actress was the picture of radiant bliss as they went for a bite at Bossa Nova restaurant in West Hollywood with a female friend.
The 36-year-old star fussed about her sleeping child like any doting mother would.
The baby was partly covered by a cosy pastel blue blanket and his tiny feet were bare, and he seemed to have not a care in the world beyond sweet dreams.
Anna, meanwhile, was tomboyishly cute in loose black trousers and a red T-shirt that looked a couple sizes too large for her small frame.
There were ruggedly black boots on her feet that looked comfy for walking a few blocks.
Her blonde hair was swept up in a casual ponytail and covered by a black baseball cap, while her eyes were shielded behind dark sunglasses.
Perhaps one reason for the cover up is she isn't ready to show off her post-pregnancy body yet.
Anna, who is wed to Parks and
Recreation star Chris Pratt, has already lost much of the excess weight
and credits little Jack for helping her.
'I think it's from hauling around the little guy,' Anna told E! Online.
Anna wants to 'cherish' every moment with her baby, adding: 'I'm trying to do it without help. So it's been a lot of lifting.'
'I have the sweetest husband,' Anna said Chris. 'He makes me feel good at any weight. In fact, I kinda think that he likes it when my butt is a little bit bigger.'
Chris has nothing but praise for his wife, even telling GQ that it was pure luck that brought her to him.
'Dude, totally. I married way out of my pay grade. I have no idea how that happened,' Chris said.
'She's so goddamn funny and so good. She is a legit comedy powerhouse. But I'm not going to question it too much.
'I don't know what it is, man. I guess chicks dig love handles or something.'
Anna is getting ready to go back to work, as it was revealed last month she will be joining the new CBS pilot Mom co-starring Allison Janney, who will be playing her mother.
