to battle breast cancer.
But when she's got a body like this, anywhere can be her runway.
Enjoying a family holiday with her Dutch footballer husband Rafael and their son Damián, six, the model, 34, has been showing off her body in a sexy two-piece.
Despite her health battle and having a
child, Sylvie's figure is looking super toned - and extremely tanned -
as she soaked up the sun in Marbella, Spain.
Sylvia and Rafael, who have been married for seven years, kept close to each other as they cooled off in the sea.
Having played for Spurs for the past two years, the couple have been living in England and it appears, given her Twitter updates, that Sylvie has been watching The Only Way Is Essex.
Tweeting this week, she wrote: 'We're in Marbella, you know 'no carbs before Marbs' but I don't see it really...'
The family are vacationing after Sylvie made a heralded return to the catwalk last week at Berlin Fashion Week.
The comeback was especially sweet, given that her hiatus from modelling was caused by Sylvie's breast cancer diagnosis in 2009.
Walking for lingerie brand Hunkemolle, she posed in a black feathered underwear set studded with diamonds.
After finding a lump in her
breast in 2009, Sylvie underwent surgery and a gruelling six months of
post-operation chemotherapy which saw her lose her famous blonde locks.
After having her head shaved, the mother-of-one wore wigs until husband Rafael persuaded her to go natural while appearing on the German version of Let's Dance.
Speaking previously about her cancer diagnosis, Sylvie said: 'All the luxuries in the world are no protection against that moment when you are told the diagnosis. Then you are just a woman.
'For me, it was as if a bomb had gone off under our lives. Whether you are rich or poor, beautiful or ugly, young or old, cancer knows no boundaries.'
