The actress is seen in one shot wearing a huge ring on her wedding finger, amid rumours the Modern Family star has got engaged.
However, there have been conflicting reports about the engagement.
'As of today, Sofia is not engaged,' an unnamed Mexico-based rep is quoted as telling Peopleenespanol.com.
However a source told Us Weekly yesterday that the pair were set to tie the knot, after photos surfaced of her wearing what appeared to be a diamond engagement ring.
And another source told E! News that the Colombian beauty was 'bouncing around and showing everyone the ring' at the Rosewood Mayakoba resort where she has just celebrated her milestone birthday with 90 close family and friends.
Loeb, 36, is said to have popped the question during a sightseeing trip at the Mayan archaeological ruins of Chichen Itza.
The pair got back together last month after splitting up in May following a series of arguments.

Sofia – who turned 40 yesterday - has been celebrating the occasion over the past week, and was first spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left ring finger in a Twitter picture, Wonderwall reported.
The brunette star previously married Joe Gonzalez - with whom she has a son, Manolo, 20 – in 1991 but the pair divorced in 1993.

Sofia and Nick have been dating for more than two years after meeting at a Golden Globes party in 2010, and following their split last month she is said to have moved into a hotel.
