An Honest move: Jessica Alba triumphs as Belly Bandit settle out of court - after she sued for using her name without permission

Triumphant Jessica Alba has been victorious in her war with Belly Bandit.
The company, which used the actress' name without permission to promote their post-pregnancy products, caved in by settling the lawsuit out of court, meaning that the case has been dismissed.
TMZ report that Belly Bandit offered cash and agreed to stop using Jessica in a bid to lure clients.
Back in October, Alba sued in excess of $1million for using her name and image on their website.

At the time, the mother-of-two alleged: 'Defendant has knowingly and intentionally misappropriated and used the well known and internationally recognised name, image, likeness and photograph of Alba to market and sell Defendant’s Belly Bandit post-pregnancy clothing and accessories... '

 

It seems Jessica didn't take kindly to the fabrication a fictitious testimonial, as well as Belly Bandit's claims: 'Jessica Alba’s #21 Secret for a fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!'
Following her venture to the French capital for Paris Couture show earlier this week, Jessica was right back to doing what she loves doing best yesterday, spending time with her beloved family.
The 31-year-old jetted home from Europe to spend the Fourth Of July holiday with her husband Cash Warren and their two daughters Honor, three, and Haven, 10 months.

The key to the outfit's success was her standout accessories, which included some pink and yellow sandals, a fedora hat and a beaded tassel necklace.
Baby Haven was dressed all in navy except for the red plaid handkerchie around her neck.
Meanwhile, older sister Honor skipped behind looking pretty in a pink T-shirt and cute cardigan.

And the movie star no doubt went through some of her residual cheques from her superhero franchise as she visited the city's upscale fashion boutiques.

For she was spotted carrying two large bags packed with garments from legendary French fashion house Roger Vivier.
