She's smokin'! Lady Gaga slips into suspenders while draped in a dead white wolf for silver screen debut Machete Kills
Lady Gaga is continuing on her quest
for world domination by landing her silver screen debut role.
The Telephone singer has been cast in Machete Kills, the sequel to Robert Rodriquez film Machete.
In the first picture of her embodying the role of La Chameleón, Gaga can be seen holding a pistol still steaming with smoke, as she seductively poses with a dead white wolf draped around her.
With a shadow cast across her face, the Grammy-winner strikes a pose while dripping with jewels and smouldering in suspenders and Marilyn Monroe-inspired hairstyling.
She also appears to be wearing a waspie around her middle while showing off a tattoo on her thigh.
The excited 26-year-old tweeted: 'Yes its true, I will be making my debut as an actress ln the amazing MACHETE KILLS BY @RODRIGUEZ IM (sic) SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was insane.'
She delivered her message after the 44-year-old filmmaker broke the news: 'I just finished working with @LadyGaga on @MacheteKills , she kicked SO MUCH ASS! Holy Smokes. Blown away!'
Last month, Rodriquez revealed a certain unpredictable Anger Management star had also been cast in the upcoming film, alongside beauties Amber Heard, Vanessa Hudgens and Sofia Vergara.
He tweeted: 'I just cast
Charlie Sheen in #machetekills as the President of the United States!
Who better? More soon... '
The first B-movie style film, released in September 2010, hosted a sea of famous faces including Danny Trejo in the title role, Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriquez and Lindsay Lohan.
The idea for the project generated from a fake trailer initially released alongside Rodriguez's and Quentin Tarantino's 2007 project Grindhouse - in which fictitious trailers advertise fake films.
Aldamisa Productions released a statement about the new title, saying: 'The second film in the Machete trilogy finds Machete mourning the loss of his beloved Sartana (Lohan)...
'Machete is recruited by the President of the United States for a mission which would be impossible for any mortal man. He must battle his way through Mexico to take down a cartel leader.'
