Androgynous chic! Emma Stone rocks bow tie and geek glasses together with skinnies
Her popularity is largely due to going against the Hollywood grain and rocking her individual style.
And on Tuesday, Emma Stone slipped into her signature style of quirky androgynous chic.
The 23-year-old was seen walking around the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles in a cute black sweater complete with satin neckline and bow tie attached, together with thick-framed geek glasses.
Emma polished off the look with skinny blue jeans, unstyled blonde hair and grey suede flats.
The Arizona native proved she doesn't need to rely on a multitude of beauty products for confidence or to fit the Tinseltown mould, instead appearing to go make-up free.
Emma was taking a break from her busy filming schedule, having just wrapped on crime film Gangster Squad - alongside Ryan Gosling and Josh Brolin - and A-list ensemble piece Movie 43.
She is also set to try her hand at children's animation The Croods, loaning her vocals to Eep, the cavegirl daughter of Grug, voiced by Nicolas Cage.
Meanwhile, The Amazing Spider-Man co-star and real life boyfriend Andrew Garfield has confirmed he will play take on the title character and alter ego Peter Parker in the sequel.
The actor and
director Marc Webb are set to return to the franchise next year, with
the planned release date scheduled for May 2014.
Doug Belgrad, president of Columbia Pictures, said: 'We could not be more confident in the direction we are taking this new Spider-Man storyline.
'And we are tremendously excited to be ramping up production again with Marc at the helm and Andrew continuing on as Peter Parker
'We can't wait to share what we have in store for Peter and Spider-Man with audiences worldwide.'
Emma, however, is still in negotiations about returning to her role as Gwen Stacy.
