Monkey business! Isla Fisher gets into the Halloween spirit in a toy chimp costume, while husband Sacha Baron Cohen sports a bizarre cow suit
They are a celebrity couple who prefer to keep a low profile in their personal lives.
So it's no surprise that Isla Fisher and husband Sacha Baron Cohen jumped at the chance at wearing fully fledged disguises for their Halloween costumes this year.
Isla Fisher left her Los Angeles home dressed as the iconic monkey sock doll, wearing a suit complete with a mask which hid her face.
However, when the star got into the
car, she took the hood part of the costume off for a breather and
revealed her true identity.
She sat alongside husband Sacha, best known for his roles as Borat and more recently for starring in film The Dictator.
Sacha appeared to have made somewhat less of an effort, sporting what looked like a cow costume teamed with a knitted gorilla mask.
The couple left their two young daughters - Olive, five and Elula, two, at home as they went out for a Halloween bash in Beverly Hills.
The Australian actress, who just starred alongside Kirsten Dunst and Lizzy Caplan in the debauched female-driven comedy The Bachelorette, recently opened up about her life with the British comedian.
'Choosing to be together every day is incredibly romantic,' she told Australia's Sunday Telegraph.
'I love marriage. I think it's a wonderful institution and it's the most important decision you make.
'Life is filled with highs and lows, and you have a best friend to share it with you. It's amazing. It's like winning the lottery, having a good partner.'
Since The Dictator, Sacha has provided the voice of King Julien XIII for animated hit Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted and will appear as the villain Thénardier in the forthcoming film version of Les Miserables.
The comic actor has also been lined up to play the late Queen singer Freddie Mercury in the film biopic with the working title Mercury.
