Fancy seeing you here! Jessica Alba bumps into Alessandra Ambrosio as they take their children to the pumpkin patch

Forget the Sunset Strip or the streets of Hollywood, there's one place in Los Angeles where celebrity spotters are virtually guaranteed success - the Pumpkin Patch.
And star gazers were in for a treat at Mr Bones Pumpkin Patch in Beverly Hills on Saturday as two famous faces joined the hoardes picking out their Halloween decorations.
It was a case of mutual appreciation as Actress Jessica Alba bumped into Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambroisio.

After warmly greeting one another they chatted away. It was clear the pair had met previously, although perhaps in more glitzy surroundings than the straw-strewn parking lot.

 

Jessica, 31, had taken her children Honor, four, and Haven, one for a day out enjoying the fun activities on offer for kids at the Los Angeles location and it seems Alessandra had the same idea in mind.

The star – who is who is the same age as Jessica and also has the same number of offspring, daughter Anja, four and son Noah, five months – arrived with her fiancé Jamie Azur, who planted a kiss on Alba.
While the actress checked out the selection of large orange squash fruit, her oldest child enjoyed getting her face painted in the design of a butterfly.

Her tiny tot was less work to entertain though as she quietly sat in a pushchair wearing a bucket hat to protect her from the sun. 
Brunette Alba was not joined by her husband and father of her offspring Cash Warren, but was later accompanied by friends.
When she had some child minding help, she lugged Honor on her hip while her associates wheeled her stroller around.

But she hasn’t been able to have such a relaxing time all weekend though. 
On Saturday she was hard at work and tweeted a picture of herself in the hair and makeup room. She wrote: ‘#upandatem tweeples! Wrkin on the weekend!’
Wearing purple skinny jeans and a white top, the brunette appeared to be in excellent shape.

She looked great in her casual ensemble but apparently Alba has insisted on using a body double for her stripping scenes in Sin City: 2 A Dame to Kill For.
The actress isn't happy with her body after two kids and has insisted a stand-in is used for the more provocative scenes in the follow-up to the 2005 film, which is being directed by Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller, and will be released in 3D.

A source told Life and Style magazine: ‘She was crushed when filming began and she didn't have her original body back so she told producers she wanted a body double.
‘Her body is incredible, but for her it's not good enough. She's cut out carbs and does the P90X Ab Ripper twice a day, but she still isn't happy.’
She has reportedly been chain smoking to keep her mind off food.
The insider added: ‘She's been chain smoking lately to keep her appetite at bay. Jessica struggled with an eating disorder in her teens and when she's under pressure to look good for a part, she can slip back into extreme behaviour.’
