Jared Followill's fiancée showed why
the Kings Of Leon star is so eager to lock her down today as the couple
enjoyed the beach in Miami.
Martha Patterson stripped down to a bikini that revealed her slender model's figure.
Jared, 25, played a show in the city the night before, with his wife-to-be in town to support him.
The couple took to the sand on his day off, and were snapped walking with their arms around each other along the beach.
Martha wore a beige string bikini beneath a pretty yellow sun dress, and carried matching beige sandal.
Bassist Jared wore bright blue shorts and a grey shirt.
He covered his head in a cap,
and joked on Twitter: 'It is SO humid in Miami today. They just rushed
me to the hospital. I'm in the Intensive Hair Unit.'
The day before, they were spotted chilling out by their hotel pool and sipping on cocktails.
The musician announced last month that he had become engaged to Martha.
He proposed with a 4-carat cushion-cut diamond on a diamond-covered band that he designed himself.
Despite having only been dating since January last year, Jared is clearly loved up with Martha and keen to follow in the foot steps of his band mates.
He's the only member of the band who isn't married but it seems Followill has had enough of the single life.
The 25-year-old musician popped the
question to his girlfriend Martha Patterson in April and in early May
confirmed the good news via Twitter.
'It's true! I'm engaged! CANNOT wait to finally lose my virginity,' he posted.
A Kings Of Leon representative also confirmed the news to Just Jared saying: 'Yes, it’s true! Jared proposed to Martha on April 11 at his home in Nashville and we’re all excited for the newly engaged couple.'
His brother's Caleb and Nathan
have both tied the knot after Nathan wed Jessie Baylin back in November
2009 and Caleb saying I do to Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge more
recently in May last year.
The couple are expecting their first child which is due this Summer and drummer of the band - and cousin to the three musicians - Matthew is father to his one-year-old son Knox with wife Johanna Bennett.
No date has been announced for the wedding yet.
